Our philosophy

Build the product before you build the company.

Great ideas shouldn't die because building software is slow, expensive, or complicated.

Where we stand

We are not an agency.

We are your startup's rapid prototyping and MVP development partner.

An agency delivers a project. A partner helps you make a decision. We're here to get you to evidence — the fastest, cheapest evidence available — so the money you spend next is money you're confident about.

What we actually believe.

01
Build the product before you build the company
A company is a bet on a product nobody has tried yet. Turn that around. Make the product real, put it in front of people, and let what happens decide what you build around it.
02
Reduce the cost of being wrong
You will be wrong about something. Everyone is. What matters is whether finding out costs you a month or a year, and whether you can afford to go again.
03
Evidence beats opinion
A room full of smart people can agree on the wrong thing for months. Ten strangers using the actual product will tell you more in a week.
04
Speed is a means, not the point
Fast only matters because it gets you to the answer sooner. We are not trying to ship quickly. We are trying to help you learn quickly.
05
Spend after the evidence, not before
Move quickly while you are uncertain. Invest heavily once you are sure. Your expenses should follow your customers, not lead them.
06
Say what we actually think
If your idea has a hole in it, you should hear about it from us before you hear about it from the market. If it is outside what we do, we will say so.
We don't just ask
“Can we build it?”
Should we build it?

Our job isn't to ship software. It's to help founders make better bets — and to reduce the cost of being wrong.

The further you move, the more you invest. Not before.

Move quickly when you're uncertain
Invest heavily when you're sure
Your expenses should follow your customers
The point isn't that the first version is perfect. The point is that it becomes real enough to generate evidence.

Think we might be right?

Tell us what you're building. We'll tell you what we actually think — including if we think you should wait.

See what it costs
